Reem Cutinello is a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker). She graduated with a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Reem received her training and certificate of completion for Mediation from Northwestern University. Reem continues to find avenues to enhance her counseling and mediation skills through continuing education seminars, classes and conferences.
As a therapist and mediator, Reem focuses on being genuine and mindful as to what is in the best interest of the client(s). She believes that working together as a team produces the best results and helps you identify and explore sources of stress, set specific goals, and identify methods to achieve the desired outcome(s). Often times, simply shifting the way we think, behave, or our expectation, leads to significant improvements in how we feel.
Reem has always enjoyed working with a variety of clients and with an array of issues. Her clinical expertise includes working with individuals and families, marital concerns and relationship issues, adolescent/parenting issues, children, mood disorders, issues related to divorce, adjustment disorders and anxiety.

Christina Zeman, MA, Personal Counselor
Tina Zeman, MA holds a master's degree in counseling from Trinity International University. Her background experience comes from community mental health where she dealt with a variety of complicated issues such as addiction, domestic violence and sexual abuse in addition to issues around parenting, marital tension and divorce. Tina's passion for the profession of counseling motivates her to continue to seek out new and creative practices through workshops and continued education in order to best help her clients navigate through their issues. Before entering the counseling field, Tina was very accomplished in the fitness industry. She brings this wealth of knowledge to her clients often in her sometimes holistic approach to therapy. Her expertise specifically relates not only to physical activity as it pertains to our emotional well-being but also diet and health issues. Tina's background in this field is also evident in her life coaching skills as she steps clients towards personal goals in their relationships, career or health and quality of life. Tina's integrative style of therapy often encourages clients to look at their problems from a multi-faceted dimension. Her clinical expertise includes individual, marriage and family counseling, adolescent/parenting issues, issues related to divorce, depression, anxiety and more specifically issues relating to women such as transitioning into motherhood, the "superwoman" syndrome or menopause. Tina has also given lectures on parenting, stress and women's issues as well as facilitated several groups. |
